We Have The Essentials
Visit Our Bait & Tackle Shop
After spending hundreds of hours out on our local waters, our guides know exactly what works so we carry their most recommended tackle in our on-site bait and tackle shop. We also ensure that we have the freshest bait in stock and offer an assortment so you have what you need no matter what species you’re targeting.
IMPORTANT NOTICES ON BAIT:
Night crawlers and earthworms may be used as bait in all fishing divisions in Manitoba. Within Canada, they may be transported into Manitoba in a sterile medium such as paper mulch, but not in soil. Anglers wanting to import night crawlers or earthworms into Canada must obtain a permit. To obtain a permit or for more information, contact the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Dispose of unused worms in the trash.
Leeches, frogs and salamanders (water dogs) may also be used as bait in all divisions. However, they may not be imported.
Live bait fish may not be used or possessed in the Northwest Division of Manitoba.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is crucial for any major trip, whether coming from the United States, Canada, or elsewhere. It provides essential protection against unpredictable events and unforeseen disruptions. While we will make every effort to ensure your trip proceeds on schedule, it’s important to recognize that air travel in the North can be subject to unpredictable delays due to factors such as weather, airplane issues, forest fires, or other natural disasters and political border issues. Travel insurance can cover extra costs incurred from such delays and interruptions, as well as any non-refundable expenses.
Additionally, it ensure you have full medical coverage if you face health issues while abroad, which can be costly without proper insurance. By securing travel insurance before you embark on your trip, you protect your investment and gain peace of mind, knowing you’re prepared for any unexpected challenges that may arise.
